How to place an order

Browse through our site and have a look at the items available.

Click on the drop down bar to choose your colour and size, add to cart and proceed to purchase.

If you have any questions about items, sizing or materials, or want to customise your order - please complete the Customisation Form below.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days. We do hold some pre-made stock, however most of our items are made to order as we only hold limited amounts of fabric.

Longer turnarounds will be stated on the relevant website product page.

Customisation

Many of the items we make are custom, made to order pieces.
Complete the Customisation Form below – let us know item, size and colour/fabric.
Order will be confirmed and total amount payable as well as banking details will be sent to you.
Please make payment within 3 days, and send your delivery details to us.
We work on a 2-3 week turnaround, although we do our best to get your goods to you as soon as possible.

 

Preorders
From time to time we will offer a preorder on items that are not yet made up. Once the fabric is in stock, it will be listed along with sizes available for ordering.  Place your order and proceed to purchase as normal. You will be advised of the turnaround time and will be notified when your item has been dispatched to you.
Any items you order that are "in stock" will be put aside and sent together with your preorder items as soon as they have been made.
If you would like your "in stock" items sooner we recommend that you do your order seperate from your preorder.

First ordered, first paid

Orders are completed on a first ordered, first paid basis. We are a small business and carry limited amounts of materials. For this reason we can only start your order once payment has been made and confirmed. Turnaround times begin from the time payment has been made.
